GUITAR LESSONS

I can teach all styles of guitar starting from beginners - learning basic chords, finger exercises, songs, reading music and guitar tab. This will usually take around 6 to 12 months depending on how much the student practices.

 

The next level of learning is about more advanced techniques and finding out what styles and direction of music you the student would like to study. For example, if you are into rock music, I will focus on the specific techniques needed in that style of music, ensuring you get the most out of your lessons and most importantly you are learning what you want to play.

 

Learning any instrument takes time and patience and it will not happen overnight. The secret is to enjoy playing what you are learning at the time and letting your music progress naturally, setting only a couple of goals until you are ready to move on to the next level
